Each entry follows one thread — promised, budgeted, audited, delivered — and stops wherever the published record stops.

County Social Development Fund raised from $3M to $5M a year

The Senate passed a deal raising ArcelorMittal’s annual County Social Development Fund contribution, shared by Nimba, Bong and Grand Bassa. The increase is on the public record. No published document shows how the new $5 million is divided between the three counties, or what any of them has received since.

Ministry of Finance said the teacher salary problem would be resolved

The Ministry publicly acknowledged that 2,000 teachers could not be paid and 200 received only 20% of their salary, and said the accounts were being fixed. Confirming the problem is not the same as confirming it was solved. No follow-up statement has been published.
